2007年8月--至今 清华大学工程物理系 | 低温等离子体物理 | 博士研究生

博士论文课题《低温等离子体中离子能量分布的研究》:结合实验测量和理论模型研究射频等离子体中的离子能谱,使用的相关技术有真空技术、微波射频技术、离子光学、发射光谱、激光吸收光谱、电工技术等。博士期间导师为蒲以康教授。
