     Our Institue made series progress on the magnetic properites of carbon. In 2013, we has published a paper titled as "Magnetic behavior of graphene sheets embedded carbon film originated from graphene nanocrystallite" on Appl. Phys. Lett.. Based on the magnetic behavior of graphene, Chao Wang and Dongfeng Diao has published paper  "Nanosized graphene crystallite induced strong magnetism in pure carbonfilms"  on Nanoscle(Nanoscale, 2015, 7, 4475), recently.
